TIPS AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q. How do I know the web pages are secure?
A. You will see https:// in the browser address line. This indicates you are in a secure site. There should be a small lock icon at bottom right of the screen too.
Q. If I accidentally hit submit more than once, will I be charged more than once?
A. If you have entered your credit card, it is possible the charge was duplicated. Please contact the Zoo at 800-447-8679 and ask the Regional Visitor Center to check your account.
Q. I can't print my tickets
A. Be sure your printer is turned on. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 5 or later on your computer. You can download it for free during the purchase process from the ticket confirmation page. Your emailed confirmation will allow you to print your vouchers. Remember the first person to use your vouchers will invalidate the barcode.
A. If you DID NOT get an email confirmation, please contact the Zoo and we will e-mail vouchers to you. We can look up your name and confirmation # at the Zoo too.
Q. Going in circles or locked:
A. This is uncommon, but if you find that you keep looping back to one specific page and can't seem to get to a different page or are locked, your best bet is to close out the program, exit your internet browser and relaunch your internet explorer or other browser. You may need to remove any related cookies from your system as well if the first step does not work. When all else fails, restart your computer.
Q. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong vouchers. What can I do?
A. Please contact the CWF within 24 hours by phone and we will help you resolve this.
Q. Why am I being asked for a Store Name?
A. If you are trying to purchase discount vouchers through your company or association, you must use the private "Store Name" assigned to your organization in order to access your special voucher store. You must contact your organization's Discount Voucher Program administrator for that "Store Name." These discount vouchers are not available at the CWF. Select tickets are available on our mobile ticketing site.
